Spa Closing

Dear Loyal Guest,

This letter is to inform you that Elements of Style Spa’s department will be closing on June 13^th, 2020. As a company, we have decided it is in our best interest to focus on the hair department and expand our space to accommodate more hair services. Deciding that we would close the Spa department was a hard and difficult decision. We are making every effort to support our employees in our spa. We will work freely with them to let our guests know where they will be working in the future and pass that information onto our guests.

I would like to thank you for being a loyal spa client and hope you understand this was not an easy decision. We love our spa team and they will be missed a lot (tears).  Please be kind and give your spa technician a few days to adjust to this news if you are planning to reach out to them, This was a bit of a shock to them however it is the best timing scenario for them as well.  Rest assured our Billing Department will make every effort to contact you if you have purchased a membership, series package or spa package process refunds. Please be patient and we thank you again for your support.

Thank you for your support.  All future spa appointments will be canceled as of today. Please know we are doing what is best for our salon company and that is not always the easiest.
