Here at Elements of Style, we’re very passionate. Passionate about hair. Passionate about Education. Passionate about our Salon. Passionate about our Community. I could go on all day, but I digress! Being so passionate about our Community, we strive to be a small part in bettering the world. Elements of Style donates a portion of our product sales each month to a charity of our staff’s choosing, we’ve held several Fashion for Life events, where we raised thousands for American Cancer Society. This year, we’re holding a Charity event we’re naming Heel The Pain.

Help the Elements of Style Salon Team aid in healing those who have fallen victim to Human Trafficking. Elements of Style Salon will be donating the money raised from our racing event to Operation Underground Railroad.
Operation Underground Railroad focuses on removing and assisting children from human trafficking. O.U.R. assists law enforcement to rescue children and provide aftercare to victims. For more information you can visit their website here: https://ourrescue.org/.
Join the Elements of Style Salon Team on September 10th from 3-6pm to race in high heels, raise funds for donation, and learn about the impacts of Human Trafficking has on our community. This will be a fun event and all are welcome!
A message from Paris, Owner of Elements of Style:
–For over 27 years, I have been a salon company owner in the Eldersburg area. Making a difference in my community has always been something of great importance to me – and when human trafficking became an increasing concern, this only further solidified my commitment to helping those in need. My staff includes 45 women, many of whom are mothers, so human trafficking was not just a talking point but rather an ongoing issue that directly impacts their lives. I knew I wanted to do something more than just talk about this issue; I needed to take actionable steps. This is why I decided to launch Heel the Pain: A fundraising event designed to bring our community together and raise donations for victims of human trafficking. This idea of mine has been rolling around in my head for years now, and I am so happy that it is now a reality. We plan on having a short race to run, walk or stand together. We hope you are able to join us at our small event and help us make a big difference for victims of human trafficking.–
